An aerial port bow view of the aircraft carrier USS SARATOGA (CV-60) tied up at pier. This is the first time an aircraft carrier has visited the island. (Caption does not say which island, but it appears to mean Diego Garcia: "On 5 December, SARATOGA proceeded south to Diego Garcia where the SARAT0GA became the fist aircraft carrier to pull up pierside in that facility's history."
